Move-In Requirements & Fees
We believe in being upfront and transparent about our fees so there are no surprises. Here's everything you need to know before you apply:
Application Fee: $50 per adult (non-refundable*)
Admin Fee: $150 non-refundable, due at time of move-in
Security Deposit: $500 flat rate per unit
Pet Policy: We accept cats and small dogs (<50 lbs)
Our straightforward fee structure means you know exactly what to expect — no hidden costs, no confusion.
*In the event an application is not processed or the background check is not performed, the fee will be refunded in accordance with Nevada law
